The Creators Co-Lab Journey unfolds in three distinct phases: Scouting, Explorer, and Pioneer.
- Scouting Phase: This pre-program phase is completely free and allows companies to explore potential collaboration topics and use cases. There is no commitment to join the full program at this stage.
- Explorer & Pioneer Phases: These phases make up the official program, focusing on problem understanding, definition, and exploration of use cases. This is followed by business case development and user-centric testing. The program culminates in a graduation event where participants present the results of their 4-month work to both their peers and top management from the participating companies.
